Installation qualification (IQ): confirms that all the stability chambers were installed to specifications. All of the model and serial numbers are documented
Operational qualification (OQ): verification of operator controls, alarms, empty stability chamber temperature mapping and verification that chamber stays within the humidity tolerances. OQ testing also includes temperataure recovery test for door openings and temmperature decay test to determine how long the chamber will remain within specifications due to power failure
Performance qualification (PQ): confirms that the stability chambers are meeting the operating setpoints at simulated product load. The temperature and humidity uniformities are also confirmed
